We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back-Office Administrator to support leading UK corporate clients. In this role, you will act as a seamless extension of our client’s in-house team, handling critical daily operational tasks to keep their business running smoothly.

Monitor, triage, and respond to professional email correspondence.
Manage high-volume data entry and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate complex calendar scheduling and arrange virtual meetings.
Prepare, format, and organize daily compliance and operational documents.
Assist with basic finance support, including invoice generation and expense tracking (Xero/QuickBooks experience is a plus).

Work Location: Fully Remote (Out-of-Hours / Weekend Shifts Available)

We are looking for an empathetic, articulate, and proactive Customer Support Specialist. You will serve as the first point of contact for our UK clients’ customers. Flawless spoken and written English, along with a calm professional demeanor, is absolutely required for this role.

De-escalate customer concerns and provide accurate, helpful information.
Route complex or technical queries to the appropriate in-house UK department.
Act as a virtual receptionist, answering high-volume inbound calls professionally.
Accurately log all customer interactions and updates into the client’s internal database.
Resolve customer queries efficiently via telephone, live chat, and email ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).

Work Location: Fully Remote (UK Healthcare Hours / OOH Available)

We require a highly trustworthy and precise administrative assistant to support UK healthcare providers and nursing agencies. You will be handling sensitive data and strict compliance protocols, ensuring that clinical teams are perfectly scheduled and vetted.

Manage patient appointment bookings and coordinate clinical staff rotas.
Perform secure medical data entry and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Process and verify highly sensitive right-to-work, DBS, and NHS compliance documents.
Ensure all administrative actions strictly adhere to UK GDPR and NHS confidentiality standards.
